What data we collect

When you send the quote request form or contact us, we process your name, email, phone, company, country and city, and the information about your project that you give us.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data to answer your request, prepare quotes and manage the commercial relationship. The legal basis is your consent and the application of pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1 a and b of the GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if we work together, for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

Recipients

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except where required by law. Service providers that host this website and our management software process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can access, rectify or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and request its portability by writing to contact@grupmelle.com. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
